Quiet room that had recently been renovated. I liked that there was a blind on the window, toiletries were provided, and the mattresses were comfortable - a nice touch! 😊

The stay here was very good for a short visit, with a nice restaurant and a convenient location next to a Walmart store.

Awesome facility. Staff -- including maintenance staff -- were very friendly. Rooms are above average in size, comfort, quality and cleanliness. Breakfast is above average. Great noise isolation between rooms. One of the nicer hotels in Kelowna. Marriott legacy apparent in the details. Things like having both WiFi and wired internet in the rooms, good cable coverage, workstations throughout a whole section of the common room, each with electrical plug and Internet access. All in all, great value for the money.

Pool is really small, though it is heated and has a nice water slide. Small pool area makes it hard to find space -- is usually filled early on for hours at a time, so you rarely have a chance to relax poolside in the summer except at two or three key moments of the day. The exercise room is small and limited in options: two treadmills, an elliptical and one weight set. The room had a bad water leak when we were there, making the floor wet so the only useful space for stretching/abs wasn't usable.

The venue is perfectly clean with a pool. The rooms are well-appointed and brand-new.- The bed linens are very nice and clean.- The location is particularly good, being very central and close to Kelowna, Vernon, and Penticton in the summer.- Conveniently located near car dealerships.

The breakfast here was very good with scrambles eggs and veggie sausages, for instance. Appreciated the location close to mall.

a bunch of kids soccer teams were in town and the hotel staff were unable to keep them from making so much noise. Lack of sleep was the result of this. Am not impressed.

The place was clean and homey. The staff at the reception desk were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel's location was marvelous, close to a shopping mall, plenty of restaurants, a liquor store, Orchard Park Mall. It was just a short walk away from De Dutch Pannekoek House, where we ate a couple of times.

Good location near some restaurants, room big enough for family to stay. Clean and nice friendly staff.

Too bad the pool is only outside. Even though it is heated you don't go outside when it rains or is windy

The continental breakfast was quite fine

The free wifi was almost non-functioning and ruined even trying to use it especially when you're trying to find things in and around the area.

Friendly staff and great customer service, made my short stay here really pleasant! 🌟 Staff were super polite and always went above and beyond to help me out.

Variety of great options for meal. New-fashioned rooms and newly remodelled with coffee maker and shower. Wonderful staff, incredible location near Penticton, restaurants, liquor store and the orchard park mall and other stores and restaurants.

The hotel has wonderful and lovely staff who provide very good customer service. The location is very central. It is a 15-minute drive from Mission Creek Regional Park.
